One Visioon access, subscriptions, content, accounts, and consumer rights.

Using One Visioon

One Visioon is provided by Andrej Laptev for Bible reading, study, and reflection. These terms cover its website and app. Use it lawfully and respect others' privacy. Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies where applicable. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Released and upcoming features

The app is available on the App Store. Sections marked as the next update describe work in preparation, not a guarantee that those features are already in your installed version. Preview screenshots contain demonstration data. Features, device requirements, translations, and availability may vary by version and region. Planned features may change.

Subscription access

The currently listed App Store release offers self-guided Bible Study and a paid Bible School subscription. The next version is planned to require an auto-renewing annual subscription for the main app, including notes and available study tools. The terms and access shown for the version you purchase apply to that purchase.

Apple displays the full local price, billing period, trial eligibility and duration, and subsequent charge before confirmation. A monthly equivalent for an annual plan is not monthly billing. We do not guarantee a trial or a particular price.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation or after an eligible trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period or trial ends. Manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Restore Purchases restores an eligible purchase using the same Apple Account. Deleting the app or account does not cancel billing.

Refunds and consumer rights

Apple handles refunds under its policies and applicable consumer law. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically request a refund. These terms do not remove statutory refund, withdrawal, warranty, or other mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts and your content

Keep your device and account secure. You retain ownership of your original notes, reflections, and posts. You permit One Visioon and its providers to store and process them as needed for your chosen features, support, security, and legal obligations. Community sharing permits display to that community; private notes are not granted a public advertising license.

Do not post harassment, threats, unlawful content, spam, exploitation, or others' private information. Community features, when offered, may restrict abusive content or accounts. Report concerns through support. External communities have their own rules and operators.

Scripture and intellectual property

Bible texts, glosses, morphology, and other third-party resources retain their copyrights and licenses. Ownership of One Visioon's original branding and software does not override public-domain or Creative Commons rights. See the source notice for attribution and reuse.

Glosses and pronunciation guides are study aids, not complete scholarly definitions or a guarantee of one interpretation. Textual variants reflect differences between manuscripts and editions. Added comparisons identify their source and are not represented as wording from the selected translation. Report errors with the reference and app version.

Source publishers, Apple, and other linked services do not sponsor or endorse One Visioon merely because we name them.

Bible sources and licenses

Reflection and external services

One Visioon provides spiritual education and reflection, not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services. It does not guarantee personal outcomes. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Portfolio, App Store, and community links lead to independent services with their own terms.

Deletion, availability, and contact

Initiate deletion in Account Settings or contact support. The privacy policy explains storage, deletion failures, and retention. Interruptions and errors can occur; access and content may change. Material changes will be described in the applicable notice or release. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
