App and account help
Email support@unovisioon.com with your app version, device model, and a short description. Avoid sending private notes, passwords, payment details, or tokens. You can also contact Reika through the portfolio.
Subscriptions and refunds
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple manages billing, cancellation, trial eligibility, and refunds. Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription.
Account deletion and privacy
Open Account Settings > Delete account. An error means deletion has not been confirmed; contact support for help. For access, correction, export, or deletion, email privacy@unovisioon.com and identify your account without sending a password. Include retained deletion records or backups in your request if relevant.
Text corrections and safety
For text issues, include the translation, reference, and app version. For abuse or security reports, give a concise description without exposing others' private data. This channel is not an emergency service.
