Who is responsible

One Visioon is provided by Andrej Laptev, the developer identified on its App Store listing, also known as Reika. This notice covers the One Visioon website and app. Contact support@unovisioon.com for support or privacy@unovisioon.com for privacy requests. Website visits

This website has no account login, newsletter form, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics added by One Visioon. It does not access your app notes or account. Fonts and screenshots are served with the site. The creator card uses temporary page state and does not create a tracking profile.

Vercel hosts the site and may process IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect it. Ordinary hosting logs differ from advertising tracking. App Store, social, and portfolio links lead to independent services with their own privacy practices.

App information and storage

The app stores reading position, selected translation, notes, highlights, reflections, lesson progress, activity history, and preferences on your device. Optional onboarding answers include faith background, growth goals, reading habits, and support needs. You can skip personal questions.

Sign in with Apple may provide an account identifier and the name or email you authorize Apple to share. A cloud-enabled version may use Supabase for authentication, profiles, and study sync. A build without cloud configuration stores study progress on the device. Saved authentication tokens use the device Keychain.

Notes and faith or support answers may reveal religious beliefs, health information, or other sensitive details. Avoid entering information you do not want stored. The next app update adds a separate, off-by-default cloud study sync choice in Account Settings. Turning it off stops further sync from that device; it does not erase a previous cloud copy. Older app versions may sync supported data after sign-in when configured.

Anything you deliberately post to community spaces, including profiles, prayers, or messages, may be visible to other members. Discord and Instagram activity is handled by those services. Do not share another person's private information without permission.

Purposes and choices

Information is used to provide requested features, save progress, authenticate accounts, handle support and deletion requests, verify subscription access, and protect the service. We do not sell personal data or use app reflections for targeted advertising.

Where a legal basis is required, service and account processing supports the requested service; necessary security and operations use legitimate interests where permitted; required records use legal obligations; and optional processing uses consent where required. Optional sensitive-data sync requires explicit consent in the next update. You may withdraw that consent in Account Settings.

Providers and purchases

Apple handles purchases, renewals, cancellation, and refunds. One Visioon receives transaction and entitlement information needed to provide access, not full payment-card details. Supabase may process cloud account and study data where configured. Email and portfolio providers process messages you choose to send.

Providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards and processor arrangements are required where the law applies. We do not claim that cloud data stays in a particular country or is end-to-end encrypted.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until cleared in the app or removed with its storage. Device backups may retain copies according to your Apple settings. Deleting the app alone does not delete a cloud account or cancel an Apple subscription.

Use Account Settings > Delete account to initiate deletion. In a cloud-enabled build, successful deletion removes the cloud account and associated records handled by the backend, then clears local data and signs you out. If deletion fails, the app shows an error; contact support. A device-only build clears local data. This website does not itself perform account deletion.

Cloud data is retained while needed for the service. Backups and necessary security or legal records may remain for their applicable retention period. Some backend versions retain a deletion record containing an identifier, email, reason, and timestamp; include those records in a privacy request. We do not promise immediate erasure of backups or legally required records.

Cancel subscriptions separately in Apple Account settings. You can also remove your Apple sign-in authorization manually; that does not replace deleting your One Visioon account.

Privacy requests

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority. Email privacy@unovisioon.com and identify the account concerned. Proportionate identity verification may be needed before disclosure or deletion. Never send passwords, access tokens, card numbers, or private journal contents to verify ownership.

Responses follow applicable legal time limits. You may also use the app's editing and deletion controls. Website visitors are not enrolled in a mailing list.

Age, security, and changes

The current App Store listing is rated 16+. Follow the age rules for your region and external communities. One Visioon is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data.

The app uses HTTPS and Keychain for saved credentials. Production configuration and access controls require ongoing maintenance; no service can promise absolute security. This notice and App Store privacy labels may change as features are released. Preview features on the website are identified as such.
